Tasks and Duties

  • You are the first and most important contact person for our customers and ensure the highest level of customer
  • You will look after our new and existing customers from registration through the entire customer life cycle
  • You deal with customer enquiries by e-mail and telephone without the call center feeling
  • You solve the concerns of our customers directly and uncomplicatedly with a quick and competent solution
  • You work with other internal departments on projects to optimize
  • You will maintain the Help Centre and the FAQ page
  • You will author technical documents for inclusion in the Knowledge Center Base
  • You will collaborate with other departments and teams in troubleshooting issues
  • You will report software bugs and customer suggestions

Requirements

  • You care about satisfied customers and a perfect customer experience
  • You love to communicate with people - be it via chat, e-mail or telephone and have already gained some experience in customer support
  • You have good analytical skills and technical understanding of Software logic and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills required
  • Fluency in English and German, very good verbal and visual communication skills
  • You are a teamplayer, work conscientiously and nothing gets you down
  • Previous Customer support experience working within a technical support environment would be beneficial
  • First experience with CRM or ticket systems is a plus, but not a must
  • Availability for On-call support
  • Independent, structured, target-and solution-oriented working methods and proactive action
