Tasks and Duties
- You are the first and most important contact person for our customers and ensure the highest level of customer
- You will look after our new and existing customers from registration through the entire customer life cycle
- You deal with customer enquiries by e-mail and telephone without the call center feeling
- You solve the concerns of our customers directly and uncomplicatedly with a quick and competent solution
- You work with other internal departments on projects to optimize
- You will maintain the Help Centre and the FAQ page
- You will author technical documents for inclusion in the Knowledge Center Base
- You will collaborate with other departments and teams in troubleshooting issues
- You will report software bugs and customer suggestions
Requirements
- You care about satisfied customers and a perfect customer experience
- You love to communicate with people - be it via chat, e-mail or telephone and have already gained some experience in customer support
- You have good analytical skills and technical understanding of Software logic and IT infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills required
- Fluency in English and German, very good verbal and visual communication skills
- You are a teamplayer, work conscientiously and nothing gets you down
- Previous Customer support experience working within a technical support environment would be beneficial
- First experience with CRM or ticket systems is a plus, but not a must
- Availability for On-call support
- Independent, structured, target-and solution-oriented working methods and proactive action
