Tasks and Duties

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of our company's products
  • Development of solutions and value chains for new customers
  • Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing market strategies, analyzing trends and results
  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for regions and territories
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding our customer base
  • Servicing the needs of our existing customers
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date on supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors


  • A record of achievement in the Sales Management position in the Life Science or Pharma area
  • Negotiation and presenting skills
  • Strong knowledge in the Life Science Industry
  • Expertise in Scientific Data Management
  • Deep Knowledge in RawData Archiving
  • Problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written in English
  • Ability to work autonomously with high self-motivation and responsibility and collaborate within a small, close-knit team
  • Experienced in professional remote demonstrations is highly recommended as travelling is still difficult (but not impossible) these days. Domestic (and even) international travel may come back as soon as it is possible to have closer user contacts
