What means "sunset mode"

We would like to inform you that we will start the process of closing our eDMS System “BM-Flow” on 1st of January 2023.
This process, known as a “sunset mode,” will last for 24 months and ends on 31st of December 2024.
Our support plan covers only the 2 last versions of BM-Flow, from 3.7 and higher.
Please review the following table for the services that we will provide during and after this sunset mode, apart from any existing contractual obligations:
