FEI and BioMedion have developed a fully integrated 21 CFR part 11 compliant solution for FEI's Quanta series of electron microscopes. With this solution, raw and processed image data as well as method files can be stored, processed and archived in a part 11 compliant manner. The FEI/BioMedion system is the first part 11 compliant SEM solution.
