BM-Archive is the fully 21 CFR part 11 compliant electronic archiving solution for all data files and electronic documents in GxP regulated environments. Seamless integration with BM-windream electronic archiving runs as a service of the virtual BM-windream drive. Thus data files and documents can be archived directly from instrument software or other applications without an intermediate step.
From the user's point of view, the electronic archive is in no way different from the accustomed file structure on the BM-windream drive. Active (editable) and archived files and documents both show up in identical directories and can be opened via the Windows® Explorer or any application program. A search request in BM-windream scans both active and archived documents. All search hits are shown in a common hit list and can be opened with a simple mouse click.
Scalable and Flexible
BM-windream's flexible archiving solution can be seamlessly scaled from the requirements of a single lab up to a central repository for an entire company. On the hardware side, optical storage (CD, DVD, MO, WORM, UDO) are the basis of BM-archive. We support the hardware of all leading suppliers.
The storage capacity of the archive can be fit to an increasing amount of data. The modular structure allows to spread the system across multiple archiving servers and jukeboxes. Multiple processor machines are supported to further increase performance.
