Editors and document run can be elected anytime and adapted to the respective situation. At each time point it is possible to find specific documents including the complete overview about the current processing and release status of these documents. The BM-Flow module is fit seamlessly into the BM-Windream DMS. All documents always remain in the GxP and 21 CFR part 11 surrounding - from the production up to the archive. The system is able to control periods and valid times and informs the responsible persons automatically about the end of terms e.g. Different versions and version-schedules are automatically documented in the backround.
